This fully-equipped van is built to handle all aspects of mobile tyre fitting with ease and efficiency. It features a state-of-the-art tyre fitting machine for quick and accurate tyre changes, along with a tyre balancing machine to ensure a smooth ride every time. The van is fitted with custom racking systems to securely store tools and tyre supplies, keeping everything organised and easily accessible.

To power all equipment, the van is equipped with a reliable onboard air compressor, ensuring your team can perform tyre repairs and fittings anywhere without relying on external power sources.

Panelling

Your vehicles can be lined with anything from plywood or fluted plastic to aluminium panelling and more. And because we hold CNC profiles for all van makes and models, you can be sure that an OBP interior will be made-to-measure and fit-for-purpose.

Racking & Storage

Our super lightweight racking systems can be made-to-measure – we can produce bespoke racks and storage sections to suit basic or complex applications. If you need something completely different, our fabrications team will get to work. We can also create tailored partition systems and work benches which allow you to operate from the back of your vehicle as you would in a static workshop.

CNC Machining

Our state-of-the-art CNC machining capabilities allow us to punch lighter aluminium sheeting for our racking. This high-precision alternative to standard non-punched racking could halve overall vehicle weight for increased fuel efficiency, and make your mobile operations more cost-effective than ever.

Electrics and Lighting

Our electrical installations team has vast knowledge and experience in the automotive industry. We can therefore advise on power inverters, LED lighting, split charge systems, interior lighting, water heaters and more before installing the best solution for your specific requirements.

That’s why we employ a team of experienced vinyl designers and fitters who can use everything from computer-cut vinyl through to full colour wraps and Hi Visibility reflective tape to make your brand stand-out.

Beacons

We can supply and install a range of warning beacons, sirens and reversing sensors to make sure your mobile teams are as visible safe as they can be while working on the road.

Security Systems

OBP can help you identify the right type of alarm system for you vehicle, including CAT 1 and CAT 2 insurance approved devices. Our dedicated team of electrical engineers are VSIB accredited for added reassurance, and can fit specialised deadlocks, lock protection systems and other secure devices to protect your investment in fleet vehicles and their contents.

Chapter 8

In line with Chapter 8 livery requirements, we can provide high-visibility materials to mark the rear, sides and front of your vehicles. From ‘microprismatic' reflective markings to sheeting and film, we have everything you need to keep workers safe while carrying out maintenance, inspections or repairs on high speed roads.

Rear Safety Steps and Tow Bars

We can equip your fleet with non-slip steps for easy and safe rear access, with high visibility strips and markings also available for added H&S reassurance. We’ll also take care of towbar fitting and towbar electrics, giving you the same reliability outside your van as you enjoy inside it with our bespoke fabrications
